How to practice
Simple Breathing — one button, a breath rhythm, and spoken cues. Good any time you have a few minutes.
Complete Relaxation — choose Progressive Muscle Relaxation (tense, then release, each muscle group) or a Yoga Nidra body scan (pure awareness, rooted in the older tantric tradition, opening with a silent sankalpa — a short personal intention — and closing with three tones of Om). Both run under a soft sound bed and finish with a gentle close.
Sleep — a few slow breaths, then a short body scan, then the voice steps back entirely and only a soft sound bed remains, fading to silence by the end so nothing wakes you. The screen can dim gradually too — turn that on below.
Bhramari — humming bee breath. Inhale, then hum steadily through the whole exhale with your mouth closed. One of the quickest ways to settle the nervous system, and something you can keep doing long after you close this page.
Om — Deep Sādhanā — a single, unbroken Om for sitting deeply. One line of guidance to begin, then only the tone, so attention has nothing to do but keep returning to it.
All five use the same Voice cues switch and stop cleanly if you press Stop, close the tab, or the set duration ends.
A note on safety: the Medically Safe breathing option removes all breath‑holding — use it if you're pregnant or have blood pressure, heart, glaucoma, or epilepsy concerns. None of this is a treatment for chronic insomnia or an anxiety condition; if sleeplessness or stress persists, please see a doctor.

This is a wind-down aid, not a treatment for insomnia. If sleeplessness is frequent or lasting, it's worth talking to a doctor.

Sit comfortably, eyes closed. Inhale through the nose, then hum steadily with your mouth closed through the whole exhale — let the sound vibrate gently in your head, matching the reference tone. Once the basic practice feels easy, the traditional deeper form lightly closes the ears with the thumbs (Shanmukhi Mudra). Skip this practice if you have a severe ear infection.

Sit steady, spine easy. One line of guidance opens the session — in a soft, higher voice if you choose Soft Female Om and your system offers a suitable voice — then only the tone (and, for three of the options, a very faint layer beneath it) remains, until a closing Om marks the end. Let the sound become the single object of attention — each time the mind wanders, simply return to it.
